How much does the call-out cost?
The diagnostic visit is waived whenever you approve a repair. A standalone diagnostic runs $89 in daytime hours and $129 after 8pm, and that figure is stated on the phone before a truck moves.
Do you really answer at 3am?
Yes. Dispatch is staffed every hour of the year, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, and after-hours work is billed from the same rate card as daytime work.
Can you shut the water off before you arrive?
The dispatcher will walk you to your main shut-off while the truck is still moving. Most Houston homes have it at the front kerb or beside the hose bib.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major cards, ACH transfer and financing through an external lender subject to approval. We do not ask for cash.
Is the work guaranteed?
One year on our labour and the manufacturer term on parts. The warranty is printed on the invoice, so you never have to hunt for an email.
